As outlined within the Link2Plans National Housing Construction Index vol. 15 (Jun -Aug 2014) Residential Planning applications increased by 19% in the first 6 months of this year. This bodes well for the construction sector as a whole given the ‘baromoter’ status that Residential Planning has for the wider construction sector.
