01 December – Newstalk FM reference figures from the National Residential Developments Report that show there has been €1.47bn worth of construction on residential developments in the first nine months of this year. In their article Newstalk describe the geographical locations of the 264 housing developments commenced up to the end of September with the majority of these in the Dublin region.
